Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Your order is usually dispatched the day following cleared payment. If you paid by credit card, the payment is cleared immediately and you can be sure that the package will be prepared and shipped the following morning!

We pay special attention at the way your order is packed. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected using different kinds of isolating and shock-absorbing material.

You will be receiving a printed invoice within the package, in addition to the electronic version sent by email. On the package, the total price will be declare at a lesser value for you in case the customs of your country ask you to pay any custom fees!

Shipping methods

There are two ways we can dispatch your order: either by regular post (which may take anywhere between 7 to 20 business days, but usually less than 15 days) or by express shipping (3 to 5 business days worldwide). All items are shipped from Damascus.

Once your package is submitted to the post office, we will be providing you with a tracking number and link to track your order online.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

The good news is that we combine shipping, and this is why we advise you to group your items in one order provided total weight does not exceed 25 Kg. The preliminary shipping fee displayed in your cart is based on the regular post fee. In the checkout process, and before the payment step, you will be able to choose between regular and express service.

Express post is naturally more expensive than regular post. For lighter weights however (1-2 Kgs for example), express fees are only $10-$15 more than regular fees.

We are always doing our best in bringing shipping fees down, and are always looking for improved postal services at lower costs. We care for your package as much as you do.

Damage and returns

We accept returns for intact and undamaged items within 7 days of receiving the order provided it be in original package and condition! Your payment will be refunded the same day we receive your returned item (minus the shipping cost). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.

All shipments are insured against loss. However, if you receive a damaged item, we will be more than happy to send you a replacement provided you ship the package back to us in the same condition you received it. The return shipping fee will be on us.

We will NOT accept to refund damaged items.
